How much does Horizon Chase 2 cost?

Horizon Chase 2 pricing varies based on your location. To check the price, please find the game in the store on the platform you would like to purchase it on.

How do I unlock new cars?

You can unlock new cars by completing all races in each of the countries in the World Tour mode.

How do I use Nitros?

It is available right after the start and can be used anytime. It would be best if you always looked for decisive moments to overtake as many enemies as possible. Please check the assigned button on your platform.

What are Nitro Fragments?

Nitro fragments are a new mechanic in the Horizon Chase franchise. Each Nitro fragment fills up a quarter of a full Nitro Tank, allowing you to use nitro after collecting 4 of them.

What's the maximum car level?

You can level up each car individually by racing with them in the World Tour. The maximum level is 10, and each level grants you one Upgrade point.

What are Blue Coins?

Blue Coins are collectibles that are scattered around the races in World Tour. The more Blue Coins you have, the more upgrades are available to buy for your cars.

What are Nitro Coins?

Nitro Coins are only available in Tournaments. It gives you an instant speed boost upon collecting the last coin.

Where do I spend my Credits?

You can use your Credits to buy new car customizations. Choose from a variety of paints, body kits, and rims.

What is the Garage Shop?

It is the place where you can view all available cars and items. You can discover the requirements to unlock some of them and buy other customizations using your Credits.

Are car upgrades shared between cars?

No. Unlike in previous Horizon Chase games, you will need to level up each car individually to obtain the upgrade points for each vehicle.

Do you support game controllers on Windows?

Yes, you can play the thrilling races of Horizon Chase 2 with any controller compatible with Windows.

What's the difference between World Tour and Tournaments?

The World Tour is the main campaign of the game, taking you through dozens of increasingly challenging races around the globe. It's also the main way to unlock cars and other game modes.

The Tournaments are shorter, closed sequences of races meant for quick play, alone or with friends. Complete all races in the shortest time to be the champion of the leaderboards!

What is the Playground?

The Playground is a game mode where you can play races with slightly different versions than the ones from World Tour, with varying weather conditions, a different number of nitros, and speed pads. You will always participate by joining matchmaking of up to 4 other players to compete. Creating a Crew with up to 4 players to play the Playground Races is also possible.

You can also race the Challenges, which have modifiers to give a unique experience with multiple tweaks on the regular tracks, like Reverse Race, Turbo Race, Climate Madness, or Enemies Modifier. Now, you’ll have to play by yourself to learn more about all the modifiers.

Five challenges are available every two weeks, and all of them reward you with tickets the first time you complete them. In addition, there is a leaderboard for each challenge so that you can compare yourself with all players in the world for that specific race.

How do I get the Playground Rewards?

Playing Playground Races will reward you with Tickets that can be used to claim Rewards in a "reward-line" mechanic.

How do I get new customizations for my cars?

Some customizations are unlocked upon reaching a particular stage of the World Tour progression or completing one of the multiple Tournaments available, while others are obtained using your Credits. You can also get exclusive customizations by completing missions from the Garage Shop.

What are Time Trials races?

Time Trial is a unique race from World Tour Mode in which players do not compete against other racers. Instead, the challenge is to complete the race in the shortest time possible.

Can I play the game offline?

Yes! While we do have some very cool online features, you can play the entire World Tour and Tournaments completely offline.

What is World Tour mode?

The World Tour is the base game mode, and it will take you on a road trip around the globe. You must play this mode to progress your account and unlock new cars, upgrades and customizations

What's a Crew?

This is our "party" system, where up to four players can play any game mode together.

What's a Crew Code?

When you create a Crew, it will have a unique code that you can share with your friends so you can play together.

How do I invite my friends to play together?

Choose "Multiplayer" in the main menu to open the Crew hub. You can create a Crew and share its code with your friends, or join an existing Crew by entering its code.

You can open the Epic Friends List (shift+F3 for PC) and invite or join a friend's Crew.

What's the maximum number of players in split-screen?

The maximum number of players is 4.

Does the game support a steering wheel?

To have the best experience, we suggest you play Horizon Chase 2 with a gamepad. You can play the thrilling races with any controller compatible with Windows.
