How to resolve issues for your 1042, 1099, or other tax documents

• Your full legal name
• Your legal address
• Your email on file
• The Epic ID associated with the Tax Interview profile in question
  Note: You can find your Epic ID by following the steps here: What is an Epic Games account ID and where can I find it? 

Ensure the email address [email protected] (Opens in a new tab) is added to your contacts; otherwise, your email provider may categorize the return email as spam or junk, or quarantine the email and remove the attachment.
