There are two types of errors that could occur when trying to delete your account. See the steps below for each error type

  • Security Code Error
  • Internal Service Error

Security Code Error

  1. If you receive the security code error shown below re-enter the security code and try again.

  2. If you still receive the error click the link RESEND SECURITY CODE. A new code will be sent to the email address associated with your Epic Games account.

Internal Service Error

  1. If you receive the internal service error shown below, this means that we are working to resolve the issue, and you will have to try again later.
  2. If you continue to receive the error, click CONTACT US and submit a support ticket.
