I can't access my games on other platforms

Only Fortnite and Fall Guys are mobile versions of the full game, which features full functionality and allows cross-platform play and account progression.

Other games purchased, redeemed, and downloaded through the Epic Games Store are platform-specific. The supported platforms are indicated on the game's Store Page.
