Error message when opening Epic Games Launcher on macOS

If this error message is displayed, the Launcher may not be compatible with your version of macOS.

Epic Games Launcher cannot be opened because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure Epic Games Launcher works with this version of macOS. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and macOS.

The Epic Games Store launcher no longer supports some older operating systems. Epic will be unable to provide technical support for users of these operating systems, and Launcher features on these operating systems may degrade or stop working over time.
