Why am I not seeing any of my purchases on my Epic Games account's transactions page?

Purchases made on the Epic Games Store can be found on your account's transactions (Opens in a new tab) page. If you are not seeing any purchases here, it's possible that: 

• You are looking at the wrong account. Here are some ways you can check if you are logged in to the right account:
  • By looking at the invoices/receipts you received from Epic Games Store which were sent to your email. You can refer to this article: Where can I find an Invoice ID of my Epic Games purchase?
  • Ensuring that you're logged into the correct Epic Games account by checking your Epic ID. You can check this article for instructions on how to do find this: What is an Epic Games account ID and where can I find it?
• Your purchases were made from your console or console accounts. Purchases from console accounts do not appear on your Epic Games account transaction page as they uses the console storefront. You can check these links to see your transactions or purchases depending on what console you used:
