Why do I see Voice Reporting On in the sidebar when I turned it Off in the settings?

Voice Recording will be On in any of the cases below, even if you have turned it Off:

• Anyone in your party has Voice Recording set to Always On.
• When a new player joins a party and they have Voice Recording set to Always On.
• In all Game Channels, where the connected players are on the same team but in different parties.
