Why don't all of my V-Bucks transfer across platforms?

Xbox, PlayStation, Android, Mac, Cloud Gaming Services, PC worldwide, and iOS (in Europe) support the Fortnite Shared Wallet. V-Bucks purchased on Nintendo Switch are not shared and cannot be used in the Web Shop. This means your V-Bucks balance may change depending on what platform you’re on, except for Korean players, where V-Bucks purchased on PC are not shared with other platforms. Examples below:

  • Example 1: 1,000 V-Bucks purchased on PC
    • PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Android will display 1,000 V-Bucks available.
    • Nintendo Switch will display 0 V-Bucks available.

For players in Korea, the V-Bucks purchased on PC are not shared with other platforms

  • Example 2: 1,000 V-Bucks purchased on the Nintendo Switch
    • PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Android will display 0 V-Bucks available.
    • Nintendo Switch will display 1,000 V-Bucks available.
  • Example 3: 1,000 V-Bucks purchased on PlayStation. 500 V-Bucks earned from unlocking Battle Pass tiers.
    • PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Android will display 1,500 V-Bucks available.
    • Nintendo Switch will display 500 V-Bucks available.

The restrictions outlined above apply to purchased V-Bucks only.  Any content purchased with your V-Bucks will be available across all platforms.
