How can I cancel my Fortnite Crew subscription?

Your Fortnite Crew subscription has a recurring charge and will continue to automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription at any time through the platform on which you purchased the subscription. 

To cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription:

  1. Go to your Subscriptions (Opens in a new tab) page, and make sure you are logged in to your account
  2. Select Manage Subscription
  3. Sign in with your platform account credentials and cancel your subscription

Alternatively, you can cancel via the platform you used to subscribe:

If you are unsure of which platform you used to subscribe, you can check your bank/credit card statements or log in to your Epic Games account and look at your Subscriptions tab.

Xbox

To cancel from a web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to account.microsoft.com/account (Opens in a new tab)
  2. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
  3. Select Services & Subscriptions to the left of the page.
  4. Select Manage next to your Fortnite Crew subscription listing.
  5. Select Turn off recurring billing to the right.
  6. Follow the prompts to turn off recurring billing.

PlayStation

To cancel a subscription purchased from your Playstation console, follow the steps below:

PlayStation 5:

  1. From your home screen, go to Settings.
  2. Go to Users and Accounts.
  3. Go to Accounts and select Payment and Subscriptions.
  4. Go to Game and App Services.
  5. Navigate to Fortnite from the list of games.
  6. Find Fortnite Crew and select the Turn Off Auto-Renew option. The date that the Fortnite Crew expires will be displayed.

PlayStation 4:

  1. From your home screen, go to Settings.
  2. Go to Account Management.
  3. Go to Account Information.
  4. Go to Services List.
  5. Navigate to Fortnite from the list of games.
  6. Find Fortnite Crew and select the Turn Off Auto-Renew option.

To cancel from a web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to store.playstation.com (Opens in a new tab)
  2. Sign in to your account for PlayStation Network.
  3. Click on your profile picture and then select Subscriptions Management.
  4. Find Fortnite Crew and select Turn Off Auto Renew.

Nintendo Switch

To cancel a subscription purchased on a Switch console, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Home button on your Switch.
  2. Open Nintendo eShop.
  3. Select your account icon in the top right of the screen.
  4. Select Your Subscriptions.
  5. Locate your Fortnite Crew subscription in the list and select Turn Off Automatic Renewal.
  6. Follow the prompts to cancel.

To cancel from a web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to https://ec.nintendo.com/my/rights (Opens in a new tab)
  2. Sign in to your Nintendo Account.
  3. Locate your Fortnite Crew subscription in the list and select Turn Off Automatic Renewal.
  4. Follow the prompts to cancel.

Epic (PC/Mobile)

There are three ways to cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription purchased from Epic on PC or mobile:

In Epic Games account on the web:

  1. Navigate to www.epicgames.com/account (Opens in a new tab)
  2. Sign in to your Epic Games account.
  3. Select Subscriptions to the left.
  4. Select the Cog icon at the top right of your subscription.
  5. Select Cancel Subscription.
  6. Follow the prompts to cancel.

In-game:

  1. Select the Passes tab.
  2. Select Manage Subscription.
  3. Select Cancellation Info.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription.

Epic Games Store application:

  1. Open Epic Games Store application.
  2. Click on your profile.
  3. Select account.
  4. Navigate to the Subscription tab.
  5. Select Cancel.

AppStore

To cancel a subscription purchased from AppStore on an Apple device:

  1. Open the Settings app on the device you subscribed to Fortnite Crew
  2. Select Your Name
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Select Fortnite Crew
  5. Select Cancel Subscription
  6. Select Confirm

To cancel from a web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to https://account.apple.com (Opens in a new tab)
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions. You will be asked to sign in with your Apple Account.

ONE store

To cancel a subscription purchased from ONE store on an Android device:

  1. Open the ONE store app on the device you subscribed to Fortnite Crew
  2. Open My menu
  3. Open Settings
  4. Open Subscription
  5. Select Fortnite
  6. Select Cancel Subscription
  7. Select Schedule Cancellation
