Why haven’t I received my Crew Pack for this month?

As a member of the Fortnite Crew, you will receive the Fortnite Crew Pack at approximately 8 PM EDT / 7 PM EST on the last day of each month. Please allow 72 hours for the content to appear in your account. If after that time, you do not see it, log out and log back in on the platform where the Crew Subscription was purchased on.
