Fortnite x Kill Bill: Outfit Redemption FAQs

From November 20 to November 29, 2025, purchase a movie ticket to The Whole Bloody Affair in theaters to receive the Gogo Yubari Outfit! You’ll receive a unique code you can use to redeem the outfit. For more information: Fortnite x Kill Bill (Opens in a new tab)

Where will I find my code?

  • If you purchased a physical movie ticket, the code will be printed on said ticket.
  • If you purchased a digital movie ticket, the code will be sent to your email.

When will I receive my code?

  • For physical tickets, the code will be received instantly.
  • For digital tickets, the code may not arrive on your email until the 30th of November.

When can I use my code?

  • Redemptions will start on November 30, 2025. Before that, you won't be able to use your code.
  • Redemptions must be completed by 7 PM ET December 31, 2025.

How can I use my code?

What can I do if I lost or damaged my code?

  • Codes that are lost, damaged, or stolen can't be replaced, and Epic Games Support will not be able to assist with such issues.

What can I do if I haven't received my code yet?

  • If you haven't received your code, you'll need to contact the support team of the retailer from which you had purchased the movie ticket. Epic Games Support cannot grant the codes.
