Can I get a refund for a purchase made on the console or mobile store?
Refunds for any purchases made on console or directly from a mobile store other than the Epic Games Store are determined by the refund policy of that store. Epic Games does not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through payment systems that are not managed by Epic.
