How to refund or return Item Shop purchases in Fortnite?

You can use Return Tickets to refund eligible Item Shop purchases in Fortnite. When you refund an item, it is removed from your account, and the V-Bucks are returned to you. If the item is part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be refunded.

1. Open Fortnite.
2. Select your profile icon. If you're using a controller, this is usually the Menu or Options button.
3. Select the Settings icon in the left column.
4. Select the Account and Privacy tab.
5. Click Return or Cancel Purchase.
6. Choose the item you want to return and select Use Return Ticket.
   Note: You can only return items purchased within the last 30 days.
7. Review the items included in the return.
8. If you are sure that you want to proceed, select Yes.
   Note: This action cannot be undone.
9. A confirmation screen will show the V-Bucks credited to your account.
10. Click OK to return to the Return or Cancel Purchase page.

After completing the steps, the refunded items will be removed from your account, and the V-Bucks will be added back. Each account has a maximum of three Return Tickets. When you have fewer than three, you will receive one additional ticket every 365 days.
