What happens if I'm subscribed to Fortnite Crew but I don't have enough funds in my account?

If Epic Games cannot process your Fortnite Crew renewal payment, your subscription is put on hold.
You will see the message: "Your rewards are temporarily on hold as there was an issue with processing your payment."

While on hold, you will not receive your V-Bucks grant, Crew Pack items, or Battle Pass access until the payment issue is resolved.

Subscribed through Epic Games

Make sure your payment method has sufficient funds, then cancel your current subscription and resubscribe using a valid payment method. Allow 24-48 hours after resubscribing before the charge is processed.
