My download is stuck on the Epic Games Launcher

If your game is getting stuck while downloading, you can try these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Open the Epic Games Launcher, then sign out of your account and the Launcher

2. Open Task manager and force close any Epic Games tasks that are running

3. Open the Epic Games Launcher again, and click the gear icon to open Settings.

4. Check the box to Enable Debug Logging and then click the back arrow to return to the log in screen of the launcher

5. Click Sign In Later
   

   

6. Click the game you want to download and it will automatically redirect you to sign in page

7. Sign in to your account

8. Click Download
