Missing content purchased through the Web Shop

There are a few reasons why content may be missing:

  • The wrong player ID is associated with the purchase
    Note: Player ID is different from your Epic ID.  A player ID is used to connect your game with the content purchased in the web shop.  The Epic ID is used to identify your Epic Games account. 
  • The content can’t be delivered due to a technical issue

To check if the incorrect player ID is associated with your purchase:

  1. Open the Transaction History (Opens in a new tab).
  2. Click on the downward arrow to expand the purchase.
  3. You will be able to see the player ID linked to the purchase.

    • If you have the wrong player ID on your purchase, please open a ticket by clicking the Contact us button at the bottom of the page for assistance.
    • If you have the correct player ID associated with your purchase, the content could not be delivered due to a technical issue.  If this is the case, please open a ticket by clicking the Contact us button below to report the issue.
