Why have I not received my V-bucks after purchase?
After purchasing V-Bucks from an online store, they are added to your account once you log into Fortnite through the same platform. V-Bucks purchases do not include redemption codes and cannot be gifted to other accounts.
If your V-Bucks aren't showing in-game after purchase, check the following:
- You may be logged into a different platform
V-Bucks are delivered based on the platform used to make the purchase.- Example: V-Bucks purchased through the Epic Games Store require logging into Fortnite on a PC.
- Example: V-Bucks purchased through the PlayStation Store require logging into Fortnite on a PlayStation console.
- The platform is not part of the Fortnite Shared Wallet

The purchase might have been faulty or is still being processed by your payment provider. If the purchase was made outside of the Epic Online Store, please contact the respective support team for assistance.
