Yes. As long as you’ve linked your Xbox, PlayStation, PC, Switch, or Mobile account to the same Epic Games account, any content you purchased and progress you make is accessible across all platforms except for V-bucks, please refer to Why don't all of my V-Bucks transfer across platforms?.
