If you're having trouble with voice chat, this article provides troubleshooting steps that may help you resolve the issue.

If you are a child and your parent hasn't helped you set up your account, you may have a Cabined Account with different features. Once parental controls are set up for your account, you may be granted access to additional in-game features allowed by your parent or guardian.

Note: Voice chat settings default to Nobody if you indicate that you are under the age of 18. You can choose to change the chat setting unless otherwise restricted by Parental Controls. For children under the age of 10, the maximum setting allowed is Friends Only.
